Files you need to program TINI Files you need and where to get them. (The size of these files will make you glad that you have a fast ethernet connection.)
Install JBuilder Use it (unless you prefer archaic command line tools)! Available for Windoze, Mac, and Linux. Read this before you go to Sun's website - it may save you time and confusion.
Install the COMM API and use JavaKit Here's where most people have trouble. This page may help.
Install and Load TINI's firmware Use JavaKit to load up the TINI API
Configure TINI's ethernet Run the TINI command shell (slush). Set up TINI's IP parameters. Ping TINI. Communicate with Telnet and FTP.
Configure your PC's ethernet. You MUST have a TCP/IP connection on your computer to program TINI.
Install and Configure TiniTools TiniTools make programming TINI easier, so use them.
Windows command prompt tricks Don't use autoexec.bat, sysedit, etc. There is a much better way for Win98, NT, 2000, XP. Here's how.
