SaJe

Real-Time Native Java Execution

SaJe has a 32-bit native Java technology controller with a fast, 32-bit wide memory data path. It is the fastest native-execution Java system available today (when executing from its 10 nsec static RAM). SaJe includes 10BaseT ethernet, dual RS232, Dallas OneWire, and an SBX expansion connector.

We are closing out all remaining SaJe boards at a special clearance price. SaJe is a very stable and reliable system which is discontinued due to SBX connector and RoHS memory obsolescence.

SaJe is a legacy product (first produced in 2000), and is our fastest system because it has 10 nsec SRAM. It's not recommended for new designs (we recommend you use JStik instead). If you have a special requirement for SaJe please contact us.

SaJe is a trademark of Systronix

The Systronix aJile euroboard (SaJe) is a 100x160 mm development board featuring the revolutionary new aJ100 native Java(tm) processor from aJile Systems. SaJe runs at 100 MHz with 1 MByte of 10 nsec SRAM and 4 MBytes of 90 nsec flash in a 32-bit wide memory path. It is Fast - here are some benchmarks.

SaJe is our fastest aJile-based system and will run at over 100 MHz with 20 nsec instruction fetch cycles (executing from SRAM).

We have discontinued SBX2, which added interfaces for keypad, LCD, 24 rugged digital I/O bits, an additional UART with RS232, IrDA and RS485 support, and more. Here is a photo of the SaJe/SBX2 combination.

Get the latest aJile runtime and tools upgrades for SaJe. All of the Java tool setup is almost identical between JStamp and SaJe, so start here if you are installing Java, J2ME CLDC, etc from the beginning.
