Electronic components such as controllers, LCDs, and PLDs All our components are factory fresh and purchased from legitimate distributors - no "gray market" or distressed merchandise unless we specifically state that it is. Components carry their manufacturer's warranty. As you can probably appreciate, components are not included in the 30-day guarantee.
Quick Field Replacement We know what it's like to have a tool break when you really need it. It doesn't matter if it breaks due to defect or external damage. If you need a replacment right now, call us and we can usually arrange to ship the new unit before we receive the misbehaving one.

Systronix development systems If you buy a Systronix development tool product (other than components such as controllers) and it just doesn't do what you expected, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping or international duties not included). Please note that this is not the same as a 30-day free trial.

If we can't resolve things to your satisfaction please call or email for an RMA and return instructions. Systronix products average less than a 1% return rate.

Board level systems Please call for an RMA for repairs whether in or out of warranty, to help us schedule your work. Ship insured via UPS, FedEx or other insured carrier. Include a detailed description of the problem and any relevant circumstances (such as a lightning strike which fried everything in your lab). Tell us if this is a panic or rush job (maybe we can give you a Quick Field Replacement).
