| We ship international UPS or FedEx only, insured. Our store will automatically attempt to email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number. If your email address is incorrect, or blocked by your spam filter, then of course you won't receive a confirmation. You can also log in to your customer account, obtain the tracking number, and track your order yourself. |
| All international orders must be prepaid with a credit card or wire transfer - COD is not possible internationally. |
| Any taxes and duties charged by your country are *not* included in our shipping charge. *You* are responsible for all such charges, and will typically pay them when you receive the order. It is not possible for us to know what those charges are, and they are not included in your purchase price. If necessary we will charge your credit card for taxes and duties. If you are paying by wire transfer we must also have a credit card number in reserve for duties and taxes. |

| Please note that the online prices are available only for orders placed in the web store. Ordering by phone, fax, or email (but not placing your order in the web store) is possible, but you cannot use the online prices in such an order. If you prefer to order by fax, phone, or email, we will prepare a sales order or pro forma for you and fax or email it to you, or read it to you over the phone. You can then phone, fax or email (please don't email sensitive information such as credit card numbers, unless there is no other way to reach us) your credit card information, mail a check in advance, or wire your payment. |

| If your country has special requirements of which you are aware, or if there is something legitimate we can do in our paperwork to expedite your order's progress through customs, please ask. |
| Occasionally we are asked to declare that the value of an order is less than the amount you paid, in order to reduce any taxes and duties. To do so is both unethical and illegal, so don't ask. If you do ask us to falsify customs documents we reserve the right to cancel your order. |
