Credit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, or American Express are the preferred payment methods for all orders. Your card is authorized (but not charged) at the time you submit an order. Your card is only charged when we fulfill and ship your order. There is no minimum credit card order.
All transactions involving payment details in our store are secure. Your credit card data is store encrypted and will not be printed on any paperwork which accompanies your order.
We reserve the right to decline credit card orders from countries (Nigeria, for example) which encourage widespread credit card fraud, or if our confirmation process indicates that your order is likely fraudulent. We take credit card fraud very seriously.
Credit card sales qualify for all discounts and special pricing shown in the online store.

Purchase Orders (does not apply to credit card and wire transfer orders)
Terms of 2%10 net 30 are available upon approval, to D&B -rated companies within the USA - sorry, no terms are available outside the USA. We recommend credit card as your first order payment, since credit applications can take 2-4 weeks to process.
There is a minimum sales requirement of at least $1000 per purchase order. This minimum applies only to purchase orders on approved 2%10 net 30 terms. There is no minimum credit card order.
If you wish to purchase on terms, you still must create an online account, and use it to check stock as well as to place, monitor, and track your orders. You can also enter your payment when online and logged into your account.
All invoicing and billing will occur in your online account. It costs us time and money to Fax documents which already exist in your online account. Please don't ask us to do this. We will not send you invoices or statements by postal mail. Postal mail is slow and time-consuming for both sender and recipient. We will communicate by email and through your secure account login. If these electronic forms of communication are not acceptable to you, then please contact us before applying for an account, as credit card payment may be a better option for you.
Sale prices, special discounts, etc do not apply to purchase order sales. Please use a credit card or wire transfer to get special discount and sale pricing.
There is a late fee of 1.5% per month on all balances at 30 days, with a minimum late charge of $10.

Wire Transfer (typically used only for international orders)
Wire transfer is a good option for international orders, if your are ordering on behalf of a company. If this is your first order with us it will be fastest to use a credit card for this order and request wire transfer for future orders. To place an order by wire transfer in our store, please follow these steps.
  1. Create a customer account if you don't have one.
  2. Log in to your account and place your order.
  3. In the checkout area, select "Wire Transfer " and enter the name of your bank to help identify the payment as yours.
  4. If you need our wire transfer information please email us.
  5. Start your wire transfer. We will automatically see your new order and will wait for the wire transfer to arrive.
  6. You may log into your account and check the status of your order at any time.
  7. We will fulfill and ship your order when your payment arrives. We will automatically email you shipping information.

COD or Prepay
COD payment is available within the US only.
You may prepay any order of course.

eCheck
electronic Check payment is available if you are in the US. Just select eCheck and enter the information from your account. The eCheck is processed by our credit card service - Authorize.net.

PayPal
We now accept PayPal as well and you should be able to pay direct from your bank account, with a credit card, etc, from most major countries.
